All materials, templates, and checklists are delivered as digital resources for internal business use only. We do not offer legal certification services, nor do we act as a substitute for official food safety audits conducted by accredited bodies.
You agree to use the training content solely for your own production facility or that of your employer. You are responsible for verifying that any HACCP plan, cost model, or supply chain framework you implement meets the specific regulatory requirements of your jurisdiction. Sharing course credentials, redistributing proprietary templates, or reselling any part of the curriculum without written consent is strictly prohibited.
While we keep our course materials current with industry standards, regulations and market conditions change. Puro Whey does not guarantee that every template or calculation will remain applicable to your unique production line. You are encouraged to validate outputs with a qualified food technologist or accountant before making significant operational decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puro Whey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the training materials. This includes lost profits, production downtime, or costs incurred from regulatory non-compliance. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.
All course content, including video lessons, spreadsheets, HACCP templates, and written guides, remains the intellectual property of Puro Whey. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials within your own organisation. Any reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content requires prior written approval from our team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the learning platform if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the materials in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the programmes. Upon termination, your licence to use the content immediately ends, and you must delete all downloaded copies.
Puro Whey may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will notify registered users by email at least fourteen days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
